Description TCCI Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Support Operator (Level 1) to join our CNC Operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in machining while contributing to quality, safety, and productivity on the shop floor. This is a hands-on position supporting CNC setup, operation, inspection, and continuous improvement initiatives, with clear development opportunities within the department. What You’ll Do: Support CNC machine setup and operation Perform part inspection using gauges and measuring instruments Assist with tooling changes and offset adjustments Handle raw materials and finished parts efficiently Support rework and salvage activities as needed Maintain proper coolant levels and machine performance Collaborate with Quality Control on inspections Package parts to ensure safe delivery Participate in 5S and continuous improvement projects Follow all EHS and safety requirements Requirements What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in CNC/machining preferred) 1–3 years of manufacturing or CNC experience (3–5 preferred) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to read instructions, problem-solve, and work independently Strong communication skills and team mindset Physical & Work Environment: Standing for extended periods Lifting to 50 lbs Exposure to moving machinery, coolant, and loud noise (PPE required) If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and ready to build your machining career, we encourage you to apply.
