We are looking to add new, experienced CNC Machine Operators to our team to help us continue to grow!
Oliver Manufacturing operates on both 1st and 2nd shifts to fulfill our customer’s needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hands on experience in CNC Swiss Machining (3+ years) preferred.
• Hands on experience in CNC Swiss Machining (1 year) required.
• Ability to read blueprints, follow and fill out inspection sheets required.
• Must be capable of operating multiple machines, making offsets, changing tooling and inserts and adjusting guide bushings a requirement.
• Experience operating Tsugami machines a plus.
• Swiss Machines have automatic bar feeders. Previous experience preferred.
• Familiar with live tooling, milling and functional machine operations preferred.
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, accurate, detail-orientated, responsible.
• Must have communication skills, applied learning ability, and safety awareness.
• We are willing to offer training for the non-required skills noted above.

• Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties.
• Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available.
• Effectively monitor production equipment.
• Assist the shop technicians and materials clerk as necessary.
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management (milling, turning, drilling, tapping, de-burring, sawing and sanding tasks).
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations.
• Fill out paperwork related to the job accurately and neatly.
• Take care of any unplanned stops swiftly or get someone who can.

  Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
