Who we are looking for: Sorinex is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swiss Machine Operator to join our manufacturing and machining team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes and Swiss machines to produce high-quality precision parts that meet strict specifications and tolerances. The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC machining experience, blueprint reading skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and safety. We are looking for someone who can: Operate and manage a variety of CNC lathes and Swiss Machines to execute precise machining operations on diverse materials. Read, interpret, and adhere to blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and other instructions. Work from print drawings and setup sheets to guide assembly and production. Strive to maintain production schedules and meet efficiency targets. Keep detailed and up-to-date records of machine operations and work orders. Load and unload raw materials, sort parts, and ensure efficient material handling. Utilize CNC control panels (Fanuc, Okuma) effectively. Adapt to changing priorities with versatility and flexibility. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines as needed. Use precision instruments to measure and quality-check parts for specifications and tolerances. Make basic machine adjustments and tool changes as needed. Follow correct documentation and standardized processes. Perform all other duties as assigned.
