QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience operating Swiss CNC lathes (Citizen, Star, Tsugami preferred)
• Strong understanding of G-code, blueprints, and part inspection
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (either day or night)
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 50 – 65 per week

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking skilled Swiss CNC Machinists to join our growing team in Glenview, IL. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term growth potential and immediate start dates available for both day and night shifts.
You’ll be operating Swiss-type CNC machines (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or similar) to produce precision components for industries such as medical, aerospace, and high-tech manufacturing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines (multi-axis)
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Adjust offsets and tooling as needed to maintain part quality
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety procedures
