We are looking for CNC Trumpf Brake Press Setup / Operator Salvagnini P2 Panel Bender

MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BRAKE PRESS SETUP.

Proven experience with CNC Trumpf Brake Press setups is essential.
Experience with Salvagnini P2 Panel Bender is required.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading.
Ability to work with fractions expressed as decimal notations.
Proficient in brake press machine setup and operation.
Must pass a practical blueprint reading test conducted onsite.
Experience using precise measuring instruments, including imperial tape measures.
Solid background in metal fabrication.
Strong awareness of safety protocols around machinery.

Program, set up, and operate Trumpf Brake Press machines.
Trumpf Brake Press experience required for this role.
Program, set up, and operate the Salvagnini P2 Panel Bender.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate manufacturing.
Measure and verify parts using various precision instruments.
Ensure products meet specifications for shape, size, and other requirements.
Follow written instructions or verbal guidance as provided.
Maintain detailed records of tasks completed.
Regularly clean and lubricate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
