We are seeking enthusiastic, initiative-taking, Experienced CNC Turner to join our dynamic workforce.

ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES

  • At least 5 years’ turning experience
  • Able to work unsupervised and interpret engineering drawings to ISO 9001 Quality Standard
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience carrying out Quality Control checks
  • Previous experience with calibration of measuring equipment
  • Previous experience writing programs

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Experience programming or operating any of the following:
  • Haas CNC mills (VF5, 3P)
  • Haas CNC lathe (TL1)
  • CNC Router (Texcel, CNC dynamics)
  • XYZ Protrak controller
  • Doosan turning centre (Lynx 220LM)
  • Ability to create drawings from SolidWorks assemblies
  • Experience costing jobs
  • Experience training colleagues
  • Experience/willing to expand skill to fabrication
Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing parts for bespoke systems to a high quality
  • Writing programs using ONE CNC.
  • Running milling, turning, and routing machines
  • Working with companies and public bodies across the world
  • Working with a highly talented multifunctional team
