As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer Setter Operator to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator with proficiency working with Fanuc control.
In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up and operating multi-axis CNC lathes, utilising your expertise to produce complex and high-precision components.
Our working hours are Monday - Thursday 1200 - 2200 hours. Additional hours available.

Responsibilities

· Set up and prepare CNC turning machines for operation, ensuring proper tooling, fixtures, and materials are in place.
· Utilize your expertise in Fanuc control systems to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications, programming and adjusting machine settings for optimal production.
· Complete 1st off inspection.
· Report any faults found to the Machine Shop Manager.
· Meet production deadlines.
· Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and other team members to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.
· Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment, and perform minor repairs as needed. Maintain machinery by cleaning it and making sure it is in working order at all times.
· Adhere to all Health & Safety legislation at all times.
