REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in precision fabrication work on CNC milling machines.
· Possess knowledge of mechanical drawing and precision fabrication.
· Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.

• To interpret technical drawing and perform machining process and requirement to produce the work piece.
• Perform machine code programming with G code / M code.
• To operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specification.
• Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
• Create and optimize CNC programs based on detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring that they meet precision standards required for biomedical components.
• Conduct simulations of CNC programs to verify their accuracy and efficiency before actual machining begins, identifying any potential issues in advance.
• Diagnose and resolve programming issues during machining, making necessary adjustments to optimize production.
• Ensure that all programs adhere to quality control standards and specifications.
