About the Role
We are working in partnership with a well-established and successful machine shop to recruit an experienced CNC Turner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team committed to producing high-quality components in line with strict regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and operate horizontal and vertical CNC turning machinery.
  • Manufacture high-specification components to exacting tolerances for demanding applications.
  • Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of precision, quality, and cleanliness throughout all work.
  • Perform routine maintenance and support efficient machine utilisation.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating CNC turning machines within a high-precision manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in working to tight tolerances across a variety of materials.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a quality-driven approach.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Solid mechanical knowledge, including use of hand tools and understanding of machining processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistently producing high-quality work.
