SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Proven experience in CNC turning, including programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes.
• Controls: Proficiency in Fanuc controls; experience with other controls is a plus for example XYZ Protrak Controls.
• Technical Skills: Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations and interpreting technical drawings.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Work Location: In perso

• Programming: Create and edit CNC programs for turning machines using Fanuc controls.
• Machine Setup: Set up CNC lathes, including selecting and installing tooling, fixtures, and materials.
• Operation: Operate CNC turning machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.
• Inspection: Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machines and tooling during production.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, tooling, and machine setups.
