CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced at setting and adjusting CNC turning centres
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and dimensional tolerances
• Good communication with team members and management
• Meticulous approach to accuracy and quality
• Knowledge of SolidWorks and CAMWorks is an advantage

• Mechanical set up and operation of CNC turning centres machines for small batch runs (typically 100-500 parts);
• Measuring machined parts and adjusting the machine offsets to ensure the accuracy of finished components;
• Monitoring part quality during production runs; and
• Keeping the machine and the section clean and tidy.
