JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Setter Setter/Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. As a Setter, you will be responsible for ensuring that an array of CNC VMC machines will be kept running throughout the afternoon shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and precision.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in a variety of CNC VMC Languages and controllers - including siemens, Hurco and Heidenhein
  • Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout all tasks.
