Lilac Health Birth and Wellness Center in beautiful Savannah, Georgia is hiring a CNM in a full-time position.
Founded in 1987, this midwifery practice and birth center is in Savannah, Georgia, which encompasses the largest historic district in the United States and borders the Atlantic Ocean.
This growing practice includes full scope midwifery care (AP, IP and PP and newborn care), women’s health and incorporates group prenatal care and education. We have approximately 175 births a year which includes 10% of births occurring at a local hospital. With four CNMs, each take approximately 7 - 9 call days per month and work in the office approximately 2 days per week.
Paid time off includes vacation and sick days.
Continuing Education allowance is provided.

Minimum Requirements:

• Certified as nurse midwife by the American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM).
• Licensed as a registered nurse and recognized as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of
• Possess a master’s degree in nursing.
• Meets all continuing education requirements for the state of Georgia and American Midwifery Certification board for maintenance of licensure.
• Meets continuing competency criteria required by the American Midwifery Certification
• Certified in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers as well as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
