E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a 2d BN HSQ Cyber Network Operator (CNO) Analyst to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA in support of the 1st Information Operations Command. 1st Information Operations Command provides relevant information support to the U.S. Army and all Military Forces around the world to synchronize information capabilities and prepare forces to resist adversary information warfare while providing specialized IO training to enable Army and Joint forces to achieve information advantage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter requiring limited direction and supervision.
  • Experience supporting IC or DoD customers.
  • Ability to work with high-level government and military officials and brief senior customer personnel.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous customer requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 3+ years of applicable military operations experience or a Highschool Diploma and 7+ years of applicable military operations experience.
  • Specific experience desired includes familiarity with current operations (CUOPS), future operations (FUOPS), plans, cybersecurity, and / or penetration testing.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level
Responsibilities
  • Provide operations and planning support.
  • Manage day-to-day operations.
  • Execute planning for Cyber Red Team Missions.
  • Schedule and track mission and mandatory required training to completion.
  • Maintain operations and long-range calendars.
  • Produce, publish, and track orders and taskers.
  • Assist with mission planning, mission analysis, technical analysis, and Concept of Operations development in support of all missions and operations.
  • Monitor unit readiness and interact with higher level command.
  • Interact with supported unit staff to determine mission requirements.
