Job Description We are seeking a CNS/ATM Associate to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of complex Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals. Support CNS/ATM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards throughout project lifecycle Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to leadership Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in CNS/ATM systems Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in CNS/ATM projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Proven expertise in CNS/ATM systems and technologies Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) Knowledge and understanding of aviation regulations and standards (ICAO, FAA, EASA) Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in AutoCAD and GIS Experience in Fast Time Simulation Modelling Tools (Airtop, TAAM, Cast etc)
