As our Co-Counsel Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for managing our co-counsel referrals. You’ll work closely with our Intake Manager and help keep everything on track—from opening cases to maintaining databases and making sure our partnerships run smoothly. This is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for someone who’s ready to grow in a professional legal environment. Your responsibilities will include: Tracking out-of-state and co-counsel leads Confirming fee split agreements Following up monthly on co-counsel cases Serving as the main point of contact for co-counsel reps Maintaining our referral network and contact database Opening and closing cases in our system (Litify) Supporting onboarding of new co-counsel firms Assisting with reporting and metrics Helping the Signups Department with case openings Other duties as assigned Requirements What You'll Need High school diploma or GED Prior experience in a professional or office setting Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to multitask and stay organized Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM Reliable and punctual attendance Bonus points if you have: Experience with case management systems (Litify is a plus!)
