JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage and lead the CCA Department.
• To strategise and plan the various activities for the students in the SYFC CCA Programme.
• To ensure the SYFC resources are safely and efficiently utilised in line with the SYFC CCA objectives.
• To review continually the SYFC CCA Programme to ensure relevance with changes in the education system.
• To liaise with school principals, teachers, and aviation executives/liaisons on all aspects of planning of school SYFC CCA curriculum.
• To promote, develop, and advance aeromodelling activities (inclusing publicity and engagement efforts of SYFC CCA) in Singapore amongst the youth.
• To be conversant in business writing, not limited to the drafting of approval papers, preparation of reports and minutes writing.
• To review policies and provide guidance on club related matters as part of the SYFC Management Team.
• To carry out secondary duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Business, other relevant fields or equivalent.
• At least three years of managerial or instructional experience preferred.
• Experience in aeromodelling and student education will be an added advantage.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
