We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Global Learning and Co-Curricular Programs at MLC. Working closely with teaching staff, external providers, and families, you’ll coordinate logistics for camps, exchanges, domestic and international tours, and co-curricular activities.
You’ll manage bookings, documentation, schedules, and communications — ensuring a smooth experience for students and staff alike. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing risk documentation, and ensuring compliance with MLC’s safety and excursion protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for domestic and international GLP activities
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of GLP
  • Organise travel, risk management processes, and parent/student communications
  • Maintain documentation and program data

About You
You’re a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail, advanced administrative skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be comfortable working across systems like TASS, Clipboard, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, and bring a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.

Essential:

  • Strong administrative and organisational experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage complex logistics and meet deadlines
  • Advanced MS Office and data management skills
  • Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
  • Commitment to child safety and confidentiality

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an education setting or travel coordination
  • Interest in global or intercultural programs
