Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Work in a collaborative and cohesive team environment reporting to the Senior Residential Life Coordinator
• coordinate co-curricular programs tailored for students in accommodation and aligned with University-wide student engagement strategies
• co-design initiatives with students and stakeholders using project management tools and inclusive practices
• develop communications and content to promote programs through digital platforms and social media
• liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery and engagement
• support triage and referral processes in partnership with the Safety and Wellbeing team
• deliver training, events and student-facing sessions
• analyse and report on program outcomes and student engagement insight
