Description

FutureSight is hiring an experienced and visionary Founding CEO to lead FlowAR, a new B2B SaaS venture revolutionizing how finance teams manage accounts receivable (AR). FlowAR’s AI AR Agent helps from start to finish: identifying credit risk on new clients, sending reminders across text, email, and voice, and pinpointing strategies for high-impact accounts. The result: faster collections, lower DSO, fewer write-offs, and stronger liquidity.
Accounts receivable is consistently ranked among the top 5 pain points for finance teams. Companies struggle with manual, error-prone workflows—spreadsheets, Outlook reminders, mailed invoices, and staff chasing overdue balances. The result? 50–90 day DSOs, 30–50% of invoices overdue, tens of thousands in liquidity cost annually, and unnecessary write-offs. FlowAR is positioned to become the category-defining AI AR automation platform for mid-market finance.
We are aiming to launch in Q4 2025.
Work has already begun in the studio, and the idea has been validated through customer interviews.

As Founding CEO, you will:

  • Lead the roadmap — Own customer discovery, refine the wedge, and translate insights into a focused GTM plan
  • Win customers — Run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention + expansion
  • Build the product — Work with FutureSight’s product/engineering pod to launch V1 by November 2025
  • Raise capital — Lead the seed raise with our support, backed by real traction
  • Build your team — Hire your founding team and set the cultural foundation

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Daily active engagement with our team to: launch initial product, achieve initial market traction and prepare for seed fundraise
  • Full P/L ownership of the new entity
  • A significant equity stake in the business
  • This is a full-time role; we are looking for someone to commit full-time and exclusively to building and owning a new SaaS venture
