Description

FutureSight is hiring an experienced and visionary Founding CEO to lead a new B2B SaaS venture transforming how home servicebusinesses capture, book, and retain customers. The venture’s AI Phone Agent answers every call, books jobs seamlessly, handles objections in real time, and follows up automatically after each service. The result: fewer missed leads, more five-star reviews, repeat business, and measurable revenue growth.
The U.S. home services market is worth $700B+, fragmented, and underserved by vertical SaaS. Small business owners in home services—plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, cleaning, and more—report losing hundreds to thousands of dollars per day from unanswered phones, untracked bookings, and inconsistent follow-up. Existing solutions stop at scheduling appointments; they fail to close the loop on customer care, reviews, and upsells. This venture is positioned to become the category-defining automation platform for service business communications.
We are aiming to launch in Q4 2025.
Work has already begun in the studio, and the idea has been validated through customer interviews.

As Founding CEO, you will:

  • Lead the roadmap — Own customer discovery, refine the wedge, and translate insights into a focused GTM plan
  • Win customers — Run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention + expansion
  • Build the product — Work with FutureSight’s product/engineering pod to launch V1 by November 2025
  • Raise capital — Lead the seed raise with our support, backed by real traction
  • Build your team — Hire your founding team and set the cultural foundation

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Daily active engagement with our team to: launch initial product, achieve initial market traction and prepare for seed fundraise
  • Full P/L ownership of the new entity
  • A significant equity stake in the business
  • This is a full-time role; we are looking for someone to commit full-time and exclusively to building and owning a new SaaS venture
