Demand for products and services promoting healthspan (quality of life) and lifespan (length of life) is on the rise, propelled by an underlying shift towards P4 medicine (predictive, preventive, personalized, participatory), advancements in health technologies (e.g., telemedicine, biomonitoring/wearables, and artificial intelligence), and significant research advances on anti-aging products (e.g., supplements, off-label uses of drugs, ongoing clinical trials for anti-aging medications). Furthermore, these tailwinds are occurring within pockets of massive addressable markets.
Our mission is to lead this transformative wave by establishing a direct-to-consumer preventive health platform to help the world age better through the power of clinical research, behavioral science, and technology. We believe that the future of health is prevention, and everyone deserves access to the latest scientific advancements in aging research. That’s why we’re committed to providing science-backed tools to our consumers to improve their healthspan and lifespan through mastering the basics such as sleep, nutrition/diet, physical exercise, and mental well-being.
Specifically, we view better sleep as the foundation of healthy habits (e.g., easier diet adherence, higher energy levels, greater emotional control, etc.) and natural starting point for anyone looking to incorporate preventive health measures into their daily lives. We are excited to build the first truly holistic long-term sleep solution to empower consumers to take control of their health and normalize the challenges of sleep and aging within today’s modern society. Join us at the inception as Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer, working with our CEO to shape our trajectory. Your responsibilities will include:

• Become a community thought leader in preventive health with a focus on holistic sleep (e.g., you’re ready to become the next Matthew Walker, Andrew Huberman, Peter Attita, etc.)
• Create our company voice and organic content through channels such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Cultivate brand advocates within the scientific community and among popular health influencers.
• Foster consumer engagement through webinars, events, podcasts, and other creative initiatives.
• Ensure our products/services stay at the forefront of the latest sleep and aging science research.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Act as our primary external-facing scientist and build out a network of healthcare practitioners (e.g., partnerships with academic, medical associations, other subject matter experts, etc.).
• Propose and execute on the medical and regulatory development strategy of the company.
• Assist in scientific product development to ensure safe, efficacious, and practical solutions.
• Design, plan, and run pilots and observation studies to validate and improve the effectiveness of our solutions (e.g., centralized with a partner institution and/or decentralized with consumers).
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization - local & global teams.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive working environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Open and willing to travel on an as-needed basis to represent the company (e.g., conferences).
