We are seeking a construction industry veteran with strong technical acumen, a history of innovation, and a reputation as a forward-thinking leader. As a Co-Founder, you will help shape Buildly from the ground up, bringing your industry insight and network to a platform built to serve the real-world needs of contractors, developers, and project teams.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

Experience founding or advising a construction technology startup
Established relationships with mid-size to enterprise construction firms for potential pilot partnerships
Familiarity with AI or automation trends as applied to field performance, labor tracking, safety, or quality
Strong passion for improving communication, performance, and culture in construction teams
