About Us
RamadanChocolate.com is the UK’s first dedicated Ramadan countdown chocolate calendar brand. For the last 4 years, we’ve been creating a new tradition for families during Ramadan, supplying both direct-to-consumer and B2B partners.
Our production facilities and products are already in place. Now we want to scale internationally (US, Canada, and beyond) and are looking for a Co-Founder (COO/Growth profile) to help us drive growth, streamline operations, and build a brand that lasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement growth strategies to scale into new markets (UK, US, Canada).
  • Develop and streamline operational systems (roles, processes, reporting).
  • Oversee sales, partnerships, and retail expansion.
  • Represent the brand through pitches, presentations, and social channels.
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales reps and the wider team.
  • Actively contribute to founder discussions (via WhatsApp and weekly calls).
  • Support long-term strategy towards building brand equity and an exit plan.

Person SpecificationEssential

  • Proven entrepreneurial experience – you’ve founded or co-founded a business before (success or failure).
  • Strong skills in operations, growth, sales, or commercial strategy.
  • High level of commitment – willing to dedicate evenings/weekends when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills – responsive, proactive, and a team player.
  • Confident presenting to stakeholders, pitching opportunities, and appearing on video.
  • Hands-on approach – not afraid to get involved in events, sales calls, or content.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute quickly.

Desirable

  • Experience with the Ramadan/Muslim consumer market.
  • Knowledge of FMCG, retail, or food/beverage sectors.
  • Previous success in scaling a brand or managing retail partnerships.

What We’re Offering

  • Founder trial & vesting structure:
  • 0–3 months = cultural & performance fit.
  • 4–6 months = 5% equity.
  • 7–12 months = 10% equity.
