QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record in healthcare, AI/SaaS, or high-growth startups.
• Strong business acumen with experience in scaling products to market.
• Network in healthcare or MedTech (UAE, MENA, or global markets preferred).
• Technical understanding of AI-driven platforms, SaaS business models, or HealthTech solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to commit long-term and contribute both strategically and operationally.
  Bonus: Medical background or deep understanding of the medical ecosystem.

As Co-Founder, you will:

• Drive product strategy and business development for rapid market growth.
• Help refine and execute Docapedia’s AI and SaaS roadmap.
• Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.
• Contribute to fundraising, investor relations, and pitch development.
• Lead recruitment and culture development within the core team.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
