IDEAL PROFILE:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building, scaling, or operating technology ventures, ideally in healthcare or AI.
• Strong understanding of telemedicine, digital health regulations, and patient engagement models.
• Deep experience in one or more of the following areas: AI product development, health tech operations, clinical partnerships, or growth strategy.
• Excellent fundraising, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for transforming healthcare access and outcomes through technology.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Endorize’s strategy, culture, and operations. You will lead critical functions—from product development and clinical partnerships to fundraising and go-to-market execution. This is an opportunity to build a category-defining healthcare technology company from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategy & Vision
• Collaborate with the founding team to define and refine the company’s vision, mission, and strategic roadmap.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and innovative differentiators.
• Product & Technology Leadership
• Guide the development of our AI-driven telemedicine platform, including patient-facing applications, AI doctor avatars, and provider tools.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and clinical advisors to deliver a secure, compliant, and scalable solution.
• Business Development & Partnerships
• Forge strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and technology vendors.
• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy across target geographies and customer segments.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations
• Drive fundraising efforts, including pitching to investors, preparing financial models, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Secure capital to support growth, talent acquisition, and product development.
• Operations & Culture
• Build and lead high-performing teams across technology, operations, and commercial functions.
