Core Prescribing Solutions is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and forward-thinking individual to join our senior leadership team as a Co-Head of Training and Development. This is a unique opportunity to lead, inspire, and support a growing team of Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians who deliver exceptional clinical services across GP federations, GP surgeries, and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) nationwide.

As the go-to expert for clinical training and governance, you will:

• Lead & Oversee Training – Manage the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Support & Mentor Clinicians – Provide guidance on clinical queries, best practices, and career progression.
• Develop CPD & Supervision – Design and deliver CPD sessions, clinical supervision, and one-on-one training for clinicians.
• Drive Clinical Excellence – Support staff in completing the CPPE pathway and enhancing their clinical skills.
• Implement Strategic Training Plans – Create SOPs, clinical guidelines, and competency frameworks that align with national standards.
• Enhance System Training – Deliver tailored training on clinical systems to improve efficiency and patient care.
• Collaborate with Leadership – Work closely with senior management to maintain the highest clinical governance standards.
