We are actively seeking a Co-Manufacturing Quality Manager to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
This role’s primary responsibility will be develop, implement, and coordinate food safety and quality programs at strategic co-manufacturing partners. This individual will collaborate closely with Co-Manufacturers, Co-Packers, Regulatory, Research and Development, Procurement and Supply Chain functions to implement programs and protocols that improve quality and food safety.

As our Co-Manufacturing Quality Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

• Developing and enhancing a comprehensive, proactive, and effective co-manufacturing quality management program
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring all aspects of the food safety and quality assurance supplier management program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, product specifications,
• Partnering with Research and Development, Procurement, and Co-Manufacturers to ensure Compana vendor approval program is maintained to meet all government and regulatory standards.
• Leading investigations and spearheading resolution of product food safety and quality issues stemming from customer complaints related to external manufactured products or through internal reporting
• Ensuring quality assurance monitoring activities and third-party certification programs are effectively executed and properly documented by suppliers
• Building strong, collaborative working relationships with key Co-Manufacturers and visit their facilities regularly.
• Planning and directing quality continuous improvement projects with key external partners.
