Program Duration: Up to 28 weeks (approximately 7 months) Job Description Job Description What You’ll Experience Assignments & Projects: Work on projects aligned with your major to build practical experience Mentorship & Development: Learn from leaders across functions and develop leadership capabilities Exposure to Work Environment: Participate in hands-on activities and cross-functional collaboration Where You’ll Contribute Materials & Operations: Assist in material scheduling, inventory management, lean initiatives, process improvement, and system optimization Engineering & Continuous Improvement: Support project engineering, time studies, root cause analysis, and Lean/Kaizen projects Sales & Services Support: Help manage CRM data, support sales processes, customer service, parts delivery, and outage planning EPC & Operations CoE: Support Engineering, Procurement & Construction activities, CSA inventory management, and process improvement initiatives Site Construction & Commissioning: Assist in site planning, progress tracking, sub-contractor coordination, and safety compliance EHS Trainee: Support EHS monitoring, inspections, compliance, and awareness campaigns on-site Procurement Trainee: Assist with purchase orders, vendor management, cost analysis, and project material coordination What You Bring Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environment, Health & Safety), a related STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), or Business Administration or a related Management field, as well as students pursuing a diploma in Environment, Health & Safety.
