Responsibilities
  • Be the point person for new employee orientation and onboarding and supporting employees as they get Schaefflerized!
  • Ensure data accuracy of all personnel files within SAP/SuccessFactors
  • Take the lead in redeveloping and maintaining employee communications platforms (in-person & digital)
  • Be the key contact for the Regional employee file digitization project
  • Take initiative on community outreach initiatives, sponsorships, and employee events
  • Gain hands-on experience and understand different operational functions in Human Resources.
  • Contribute to team projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating presentations.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and present reports summarizing learning and contributions during the internship.
