As a Co-op Student at Bronte Construction, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining firsthand experience in the field while contributing to real-world infrastructure projects. As a Co-op Student, you will support various aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to on-site execution. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation
• Supporting site managers in overseeing daily construction activities
• Conducting safety checks and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
• Participating in pre-construction meetings, contract reviews, and team planning sessions
• Assisting with quality control and ensuring adherence to project specifications
• Learning to work with consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
