As a Co‑op – Business Systems Analyst, IT FinOps, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for designing and optimizing enterprise IT financial operations, including financial management, asset management, vendor oversight, and procurement processes. This role also has direct accountability for the systems and platforms that enable these processes and ensure expected outcomes across the organization. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. What you’ll do: Support daily purchasing and procurement operations, including purchase order & invoice processing, subscription/license management and new vendor onboarding Participate in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards for key IT financial, asset and enterprise vendor information Participate in audit and compliance processes and outcomes related to vendors and assets. Participate in expense/budget tracking, variance analysis, reconciliation and forecasting activities Work with leading technologies including Microsoft 365 (Copilot AI, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and ServiceNow What you’ll bring: Candidates must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program that includes a Co-operative (Co-op) work component Knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop platforms and Office 365 applications Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI or equivalent.
