In this role, you will join a leading professional technology, engineering, and digital solutions team working on multiple projects. What You'll Be Doing: Learn how to utilizes IT systems and tools to support technical operations, including basic system configurations, network setups, documentation, and digital workflows, from general IT and system information according to established standards and procedures. Learn to utilizes technical manuals, policies, and IT directives to ensure compliance with company procedures and cybersecurity standards. Becomes familiar with various IT frameworks, standards, and best practices. Learn to compiles data and performs basic system checks, troubleshooting, and routine analyses required for IT operations and reporting. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Incumbent must be enrolled in an ICT-related curriculum at an accredited college or university and have completed typically 3+ years of studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. English language: Speaking and Writing is a must What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Working knowledge of IT systems, networking concepts, and other PC software packages typically associated with ICT is required.
