  Job Description
  General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada currently has an opportunity available for a System Integration Engineer Co-op to work in our Land & Joint Solutions business area. Land & Joint Solutions provides assured information distribution and management in mission-critical operational environments where conditions are harsh, austere and hostile to ensure the right information, gets to the right place, at the right time, to enable the right actions.

The responsibilities and range of activities may vary, but in general will include:

• Develop and execute test cases and procedures, and test methods for system verification tests
• Opportunity to develop automated test programs, and design and participate in validation tests in the lab
• Set up and configure network devices, computers and radios for use in the test environment
• You will work side-by-side with the customer in an Integrated Product Team environment and interact with software engineering, systems engineering, and management teams
• This position will include working with Networking and routing, VLANs, Microsoft applications, radios, voice and data networks, and various automation, troubleshooting, and simulation tools (Robot Framework, Wireshark, VCCI, CORE, VBS).

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as computer science, electrical or software engineering.

• Develop and execute test cases and procedures, and test methods for system verification tests
