JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and entrepreneurial-minded Co-owner to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with other owners to drive the success of our retail business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, sales, and customer service, with a passion for fostering a positive shopping experience. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to effectively communicate with both staff and customers.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong skills in basic math and retail math for effective financial management.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales, with a focus on achieving targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers.
  • Previous experience with stock management is advantageous.
