Description
This position assists in the delivery and facilitation of water programs through project management and coordination, policy development, technical support, and collaboration with programmatic partners. Provides development and implementation of one or more of the following: policies, regulations, guidance, grant guidelines, work plans, program manuals, technical procedures, and other technical tools for enhancing water program effectiveness. Provides leadership, direction, and guidance to program staff, and ensures compliance with applicable statutes, regulations or grant guidelines, policies, commitments, and procedures. This is a restricted position. Continued employment is contingent on the availability of grant or non-general funds. This position is funded by water annual permit fees and regulatory board application fees. This position may require you to operate a state owned or leased vehicle. Therefore, a valid driver's license is required. Please note this position follows a hybrid work schedule to include both in-office and telework. Candidates must be able to work from the assigned work location in Virginia.
