Description

Clean Water Financing Project Officer: The purpose of this position is to provide cost effective funding solutions and technical assistance to localities, organizations, and citizens to protect and enhance water quality in the Commonwealth. This position will implement CWFAP funding programs for projects in the Tidewater Region and is the regional, state or local contact for loan and grant recipients. CWFAP funding programs include VCWRLF, ARPA, SLAF, Ag BMP, and WQIF, as well as other emergency and non-emergency funds run through these existing programs or otherwise. It may include management of appropriated fund projects not designed to a program. Please note this position follows a hybrid work schedule to include both in-office and telework. Candidates must be able to work from the assigned work location in Virginia.
