Responsabilidades: Validar capacidad (líneas, turnos) y lead times del 3PL/maquilador; proponer escenarios. Crear y administrar órdenes de maquila/producción en ERP (SAP) y asegurar datos maestros (BOM, rutas). Transmitir programa al 3PL y dar seguimiento a avances, paros, reprogramaciones y prioridades. Validación y seguimiento del programa de maquila compartida al 3PL. Gestionar lotes y FEFO: asignación por L-code, caducidad y trazabilidad. Monitorear condiciones críticas: temperatura/almacenamiento para evitar deformación o merma. Conciliar inventarios espejo ERP ↔ WMS (MP, empaques, WIP y terminado) y resolver diferencias. Validar servicios de maquila, pólizas y evidencias para programación de pago (volumen, retrabajos, mermas). Gestionar devoluciones y rechazos (calidad, etiqueta, daño), coordinar retrabajo/disposición. Preparar dashboards: cobertura, OTIF, mermas, inventario aging, cumplimiento de plan y estacionalidad. Soportar inventarios cíclicos y auditorías (half‑year / year‑end) con foco en trazabilidad y materiales. Gestionar proyectos de mejora continua. Habilidades y Calificaciones: Formación Académica: Licenciatura o carrera técnica en Ingeniería Industrial, Manufactura, Logística o afines. Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio (preferible). Experiencia: 1 a 3 años de experiencia en posición similar en áreas operativas, producción, almacén y/o cadena de suministro. Habilidades Técnicas o conocimientos necesarios: experiencia en elaboración y ejecución de planes de maquila, inventarios, trabajo en/con 3PL, conocimiento de regulaciones de empaque/etiquetado.
