We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Co-Pilot Presales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to travel to customer sites, set up remote desktop deployments, and deliver hands-on Customer Immersion experiences. This role focuses on demonstrating the value of Windows Co-Pilot and M365 Co-Pilot to customers and quantifying that value to enhance their day-to-day work processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a presales or technical support role, with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Co-Pilot and M365 Co-Pilot functionalities and benefits.
  • Ability to set up and manage remote desktop environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to understand and address customer needs.
  • Ability to travel frequently to customer locations.
  • Positive demeanor, engaging personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Microsoft programs and tools for customer engagement and support.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a presales or technical presales role
  • Experience and certification to deliver the Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience
  • Background in IT or technical support for enterprise customers.
  • Certifications related to Microsoft technologies or presales roles.

  • Travel to customer locations to provide in-person support and demonstrations.
  • Set up and manage remote desktop deployments to facilitate immersive customer experiences.
  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of Windows Co-Pilot and M365 Co-Pilot in various customer environments.
  • Listen to and understand customer needs to tailor Co-Pilot demonstrations effectively.
  • Quantify and articulate the value of Co-Pilot solutions in customer operations.
  • Engage customers with a positive demeanor and build strong, trusting relationships.
  • Utilize Microsoft programs to guide customers through their Co-Pilot journey effectively.
