A full-time CO Resident Monitor for a Work Release setting located in Kissimmee. We work with men who are re-entering our communities and assist them with getting employment and becoming productive members of their community. This is a work release program that is staffed 24/7.   Our ideal candidate will be empathetic, a team player, have excellent boundaries, written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, and willing to learn and understand some aspects of the correctional system in Florida and represent yourself as a positive role model.
