Egypt Education Platform is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our fantastic team at GEMS British International School of Madinaty starting in January 2026. This role is essential for providing tailored support to students with a range of learning needs, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages academic and social growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs. Support the lead teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. Facilitate small group instruction and provide individualized support to enhance student learning outcomes. Monitor student progress and help implement strategies for improvement as needed. Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive curriculum and support students with different abilities. Engage in regular professional development to continuously enhance teaching practices and methodologies. Ensure a safe and organized classroom environment, including maintaining educational resources. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field is required. Experience working in educational environments, preferably in a co-teaching or support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Passion for education and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
