Egypt Education Platform is excited to announce an opening for a Co-Teacher starting in February 2026 at our esteemed institution, GEMS British International School of Madinaty. We are looking for a passionate educator who is committed to creating a collaborative and engaging classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and deliver effective lesson plans that cater to all students. Provide support to students during instruction and help facilitate group discussions and activities. Assist in identifying students' learning needs and adapting lesson materials accordingly. Encourage a positive classroom culture by establishing clear expectations and fostering respect among students. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher on student development. Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the school's community. Maintain a well-organized classroom and assist with administrative duties as necessary. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Previous experience in a classroom setting, particularly in a co-teaching or support role. Strong communication and collaborative skills, with a focus on teamwork. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
