We’re seeking a Co-Team Leader to partner with our Team Leader and the Executive Leadership Team in leading one of the most successful Market Centers in Keller Williams Realty International. This isn’t just a leadership role—it’s a calling to build the foundation for Millionaire Real Estate Agents and connect the proven MREA models to agents’ businesses.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Co-Team Leader, you’ll be both visionary and builder—inspiring agents to think bigger, take action, and implement the MREA models and systems that create success. Your leadership will directly influence growth, profitability, and the legacy of KW North Atlanta.

• Drive Productivity & Profitability – Champion KW’s MREA models, systems, and tools, ensuring agents implement the activities that drive production. Consult KWNA agents on a daily basis to the MREA models.
• Build World-Class Culture – Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and contribution that reinforces KW’s values and Legacy’s mission.
• Attract & Develop Talent – Assist with attracting culturally aligned, high-performing agents and coach them to grow into Millionaire Real Estate Agents.
• Lead with Vision – Partner with leadership to run growth initiatives, mastermind with top producers, and create pathways for emerging leaders.
