We are currently looking for a skilled Coach Builder / Fitter to join our busy and fast-paced Fabrication Team in Earls Colne.
In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in converting vehicles for blue light services across the UK. Each build varies and could include installations such as kennels, custody cells, workshop fittings, floors, linings, and racking systems.

• Collaborate with a team on custom vehicle conversions for emergency service fleets.
• Perform high-quality fittings, including storage units, kennels, and secure cells.
• Install floors, lining kits, and modular racking systems.
• Work with a variety of materials: hardwood, aluminium, steel, fiberglass.
• Use a range of hand and power tools to carry out tasks like drilling, cutting, riveting, and pattern cutting.
• Follow build plans and team instructions to meet strict monthly deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
