JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Coach Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to operate various types of Coaches.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid commercial driving licence with appropriate endorsements for coach operation.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends if necessary.
• A good understanding of local routes and traffic patterns is an asset.

• Safely drive and operate Coaches.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle, particularly those with disabilities or special needs.
• Maintain accurate records of journeys, including mileage and passenger counts.
• Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
