Clearly understanding the structure and basis for all MyFirstGym programs, which will include a strong awareness of physical literacy, both the definition and the application as it relates to MyFirstGym classes.
Actively reading, understanding and facilitating the programs as they are provided to you and ensure adequate time and planning to ensure class execution is to a high standard.
Using the gymmaster booking system to its full potential, which will include thorough awareness of class attendance prior to class, knowledge of any trials in your class and awareness of any health or behavior related notes prior to class starting.
Creating a high energy class environment that delivers excellence in professionalism, maturity and personal standards while always remembering to keep it fun.
Ensuring all risks, safety and potential behavior related issues are reported to the Club Manager and Head Coach or are resolved urgently and in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of the company.
