Hours: 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends

Salary: Competitive – Based on experience

OVERVIEW:

Acklams Coaches is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented and organised individual to join our operations team as a Coach Operations Administrator & Support. This is a varied role supporting both the operational and financial aspects of the business. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate bookings, and administrative efficiency across the company.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience in an administrative, operational, or customer service environment (transport industry experience is a bonus)
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Responsibilities

ON-CALL DUTIES:

  • Be on call one night per week to assist with operational queries or urgent issues that may arise outside of office hours.
