To support this, we have an in-house coaching team dedicated to support individuals and teams thrive. We’re hiring a Coach for a fixed-term position until the end of 2026 (parental leave cover).
This role is based in Espoo, Finland, with hybrid work as the default. Candidates should be located within commuting distance of the office.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Coaching : Practical experience in agile, business, team, or systemic coaching
  • Facilitation : Skilled in planning and leading workshops and events
  • Communication : Able to connect with diverse individuals and teams
  • Team Dynamics : Fosters inclusive collaboration, psychological safety, and adaptive teamwork that helps the group thrive.
  • Teamwork : A true team player, open to feedback and co-creation
  • Engineering and business support experience : Experience of supporting product development or engineering teams in dynamic business settings
Responsibilities

As a Coach in our Npay Engineering unit, your mission is to empower individuals and teams to grow, collaborate, and succeed. You’ll support:

  • Individuals based on the need through for example1:1 coaching
  • Teams via workshops, retrospectives, post-mortems, team-building activities and similar
  • The organization through for example company-wide events and long-term development and training programs

You’ll also be supporting recruitment and onboarding new employees, helping them feel welcome and supported from day one.
