We are currently inviting a Coach/ Training Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Training Content & Lesson Preparation Prepare training content in collaboration with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams. Digitalize and improve the company’s training content. Ensure training materials are simple, clear, and suitable for different skill levels. 2. Training Delivery Deliver classroom training, practical workshops, and small‑group instruction. Support new employees during their first days/weeks to ensure successful onboarding. Support re-training sessions for employees who do not meet standards. Ensure all training meets safety, quality, ESD, and production standards. 3. Documentation & Reporting Upload and maintain training materials in internal systems (LMS or document portal). Maintain accurate training data, attendance, and certification records. Support internal audits related to training (ISO, IATF, etc.). 4. Training Program Support Contribute to the creation and improvement of training programs for onboarding, skills upgrading, and cross‑training. Assist in building skill matrices and competency assessments for new and existing employees. Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvement actions. A college or university degree in related fields. 2-3 years of experience as a trainer, coach, team leader, line leader, or training facilitator in a factory environment. Experience creating training materials or supporting training programs. English at B1–B2 level for communication and reading technical documents. Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Advantages Experience creating e‑learning, videos, or interactive digital training content. Graphic or digital design skills are a plus.
