Job Description
About the Role:
The Coaching Facilitator role facilitates ICF-accredited level 1 coaching education to various audiences to promote and enhance professional development. As a member of the People Development team, this PCC-level coach contributes to masterfully facilitating learning content and group discussion, evaluating learning and performance improvement solutions to close coaching performance and skill gaps. The role is responsible for learners’ success in achieving learning objectives and providing data-driven results to management. The Coaching Facilitator is a resource for development and an advocate for individual and programmatic success, enabling business results generated through learning and performance improvement solutions and tools.
